Silba’s Belarus Project is looking for new project group members

Silba is currently seeking motivated volunteers to join our Belarus Project Group.

By becoming a part of the team, we can offer:
• Practical experience in international development and civil society cooperation
• Insight into working in politically sensitive contexts
• A collaborative volunteer environment with room for learning and responsibility

The project is already funded, and we are therefore looking for committed volunteers who can support our partner organisation in implementing activities, monitoring project development and impact, and helping to further strengthen the project.

We are currently recruiting:

  • 1 Financial Manager

  • 2 Project Assistants

Financial Manager
As Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project’s financial administration. This includes tracking expenses, managing receipts, and ensuring accurate reporting in relevant systems. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with numbers and has some prior experience with financial management - whether from previous employment, voluntary work, or involvement in a local association.

Project Assistants
As a Project Assistant, you will support the project group and our partner organisation with a range of tasks, including project visits, partner exchanges, day-to-day coordination, and reporting. The role is flexible and offers opportunities to develop skills in specific areas of development cooperation, such as monitoring & evaluation, communication, or project coordination, depending on your interests.

To apply send your application + CV to international@silba.dk
