I am the strategic leader in charge of setting a course and steering Silba towards our overall vision true to our values - with everyone on board!

I manage Silba's finances, and make sure that everything from a financial perspective is in order. I also help with funding, both nationally and locally.

I coordinate international projects and actively scout for new collaboration opportunities abroad
 

I foster engagement among our member community and create growth opportunities for our local branches.
 

My role is to assist fellow board members and contribute to organizing specific projects, events, and campaigns.
 

I lead new internal projects and establish strategy alongside President while assisting with practical matters related to the  work of the Main Board.

I oversee the department's daily operations, including research, preparation, and support for election observation missions.

I manage and oversee Silba's information sharing, managing social media, internal communications, merchandise, and related tasks.

My task is to support the fellow boards members and help with the organisation of individual projects, events, or campaigns.
