Welcome to Our 2025 General Assembly!
We’re thrilled to invite all our members to this year’s General Assembly! This is your chance to connect, contribute, and help shape the future of our organization. Whether you’re joining us for the full day or just the evening program, we can’t wait to see you in Aarhus!

During the Day program there will be drinks, snacks, and light lunch. The General Assembly itself will of course be free for all members to attend.
And as a final remark: Voting rights are reserved for members with an active membership. If you’re unsure about the status of your membership, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
We hope to see as many of you as possible at the General Assembly! It’s a great chance to have your say in Silba’s future, meet up with fellow members, maybe reconnect with old friends, and get a glimpse of what everyone else has been working on. We’re looking forward to a day full of ideas, conversation, and good company and we’d love for you to be part of it.

📝 Member Proposals & Amendment Suggestions
As stated in our Articles of Association, all members have the right to submit suggestions and proposals for discussion at the General Assembly. This applies to our Articles of Association, organizational documents, as well as the General Assembly agenda itself.
All proposals must be submitted no later than ten days before the General Assembly, which for this year is 22nd October.
After the submission deadline, all members will receive an email containing all proposals by 24th October at the latest. This email will include all finalized General Assembly materials.
