Candidature Motivation: 

Silba is at a turning point as the current leadership steps down, and I want to help carry the organisation into its next chapter strengthening our role in promoting democracy, dialogue, and cooperation across borders. I’m running to build on Silba’s foundation and make our work even stronger ensuring that our projects are well-organised, our communication clear, and our members supported to turn ideas into action. Over the past year, I’ve seen how much difference Silba can make both for the communities we engage with and for the people who volunteer their time. I want to build on that impact to make sure others get the same chance to grow, lead, and contribute to something bigger than themselves.

Your Biggest Goal for the Board Term:

My biggest goal is to make sure Silba does great work locally strengthening our branches, growing our membership, and increasing our activity level. By building a strong and active organisation at home, we create the foundation that allows us to take on even greater projects and make a bigger impact abroad.
