CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS - INTERNATIONAL WORKING GROUP GEORGIA
Are you passionate about fostering democratic dialogue and empowering youth? Do you have a special interest in the South Caucasus? Our international project group is looking for two new volunteers to join our team!
The project group consists of four volunteers that have been part of the project for between 1-3 years. Our group meets once a week online, where we divide tasks. We have recently established a partnership with a Georgian youth organisation and are currently developing an exciting, collaborative project centred around democratic dialogue.
By joining our project group, you will get experience in working with international project management while gaining unique insights into Georgia’s developments related to youth, politics, and civil society. You will also have the chance to take part in project coordination trips to Georgia, enriching your cultural understanding of the country and providing networking opportunities.
We are looking for someone that:

Has a high proficiency of english — both orally and written;

Has a hands-on mentality;

Is enthusiastic, flexible and open-minded;

Has experience with working with international projects;

Wants to contribute to inclusive, democratic practices globally;

Has general knowledge and/or interest in Georgia.

It would be desirable if the potential volunteer has:

Prior experience in planning and conducting workshops;

Prior experience in social media and communications.
