The main goal of SILBA is to assist democratic political youth organisations and other democratic orienteed NGO's in the new EU East European Member Countries and new Neighbouring Countries.
SILBA today mainly works in and with Russia (Western part and Kaliningrad), Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia.
Communication Strategy
SILBA is an active user of the Facebook network. We have a Facebook group for each committee, enableing our members to devote themself to their prefered activities, and us to comminicate directly with those interested in a specific topic or country.

SILBAs International Activities
SILBAs international work is coordinated in the International Project Committee, which has three socalled "country groups". The country groups coordinates the work in the specific countries and are responsible for the informational work in Denmark:

(The Facebook group for the "Russia-Belarus country group" is an internal tool and for Danish SILBA members only)
SILBA's Country Group for Ukraine and Moldova
(The Facebook group for the "Ukraine-Moldova country group" is an internal tool and for Danish SILBA members only)
SILBA's Country Group for Caucasus
(This Facebook group for the "Caucasus country group" is an internal tool and for Danish SILBA members only).
The Caucasus group have so far two Facebook subgroups covering Georgia and Armenia. SILBAs international partners and others are welcome to join these groups.

SILBAs activities in Denmark
SILBA also works in Denmark, informing and raising awareness among Danish citizens, politicians and press about the new EU East European Member Countries and new Neighbouring Countries.

Become a real member of SILBA
Danish citizens living in Denmark or abroad, or foreign citizens living in Denmark can become a real member of the Danish NGO "SILBA" - by paying the yearly membership fee of 100 DKK. Add your personal information here: http://silba.dk/index.phtml?sek_id=7
Payment of the membership fee of 100 DKK is done to to SILBAs bank account in "Danske Bank" - Registration 3001 - Account 00 000 89 249.
By paying the membership fee, you are able and welcome to participate in both our activities in Denmark and in SILBAs International Activities.
