SILBA has been conducting election observation in Tallinn and Tartu during the parliamentary elections together with people from Belarus. SILBA gennemfører en valgobservation til i forbindelse med Parlamentsvalget i Estland i dagene torsdag den 3. marts til mandag den 7. marts 2011.
