SILBA organizes Seminar and Election Observation Mission in Donetsk during first round of Ukrainian Presidential Election

SILBA is organising a seminar on "European Identity and Democracy" with an Election Observation Mission included, from Monday 11th to Monday 18th of January 2010 in Donetsk, Eastern Ukraine. The seminar is funded by Cirius, the EU Youth Programme, Danish National Agency.

The seminar includes both lectures and plenum discussions. Training of the participants in Election Observation Techniques is a part of the seminar. The participants will produce informative leaflets on European Identity, which is to be distributed on Election day by the observers.

Potential participants are: 8 SILBA members (Denmark), 4 EIDP members (The Netherlands), 4 FYCA members (Armenia), 4 Euroleader members (Ukraine) and 4 MODES members (Belarus).
